For our US customers, we cover all duty charges and provide free shipping via USPS.

However, if you would like a faster courier service, this is available at a cost of £25.

For all orders outside the UK, Woo Woo Boutique prefers to use a different courier for efficiently and will require your email address and phone number with your order to avoid delays.

Processing Times
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. The timeframe is stated in the product listing. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us in advance to arrange priority shipping.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
Occasional delays can occur once a parcel is in transit. We follow courier guidelines before declaring a parcel lost. If this happens, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Most parcels arrive safely and on time. Items lost or damaged during shipping are not covered by Woo Woo Boutique. Please contact the courier to file a claim and keep all packaging and damaged items.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes on international orders.
