Processing Times

All orders are processed as soon as possible and the timeframe should be stated in the product listing.
If you need your order by a specific date, we can offer a Priority Shipping Service. Please contact us in advance for this service.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Outside the UK

For orders outside the UK we will require your email address and phone number for our courier. 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays can occur once a parcel is in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot control delivery times once an item has left our hands. If a parcel is delayed, we must follow the courier’s guidelines before declaring it lost. If this happens, we will arrange a replacement or refund. However, this almost never happens–in most cases, parcels arrive safely.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Woo Woo Boutique is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged in Transit

We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items for this process.
