Returns

As a small business, we are unable to accept returns, as many of our items are handmade to order. Please check all details, including measurements, and ensure you are completely certain before making your purchase.
If you have any questions, feel free to email us—we’re happy to help!

If your order arrives does somehow arrive with a fault or issue, we will work with you to resolve it. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer: a replacement, exchange, or credit note once the item is returned. In rare cases where no alternative solution can be found, we will issue a refund (minus postage costs).

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or for returns submitted more than 14 days after postage.
