Returns

As a small business, many of our items are handmade to order, so we are unable to accept general returns. Please check all details and measurements carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please email us and we will be happy to help.

If your order arrives with a fault or issue, contact us right away with photos. We will work with you to resolve it and may offer a replacement, exchange, or credit note once the item is returned. In rare cases where no alternative can be found, we will issue a refund excluding postage.

We cannot accept returns for worn items or for requests made more than 14 days after postage.

Custom made items are non refundable.
If you change your mind about a non custom piece, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. The item must be in its original condition, and return postage is your responsibility.

Your legal rights to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty or misdescribed goods remain protected.
